What is included in myGym Core?
Core is $200/month per gym and includes the website platform and hosting, class and camp registration, parties and events, private lessons, makeups, family portal, billing and online payments, forms and waivers, attendance, staff tools, and reporting.
Do I need the App or POS to use Core?
No. The Customer App is $75/month and POS Desktop App is $75/month. Add both for $125/month, bringing the complete monthly package to $325 per gym.
What is the difference between website setup options?
Basic setup is $500 one time for a standard myGym layout with your branding, supplied content, and core pages. Custom setup is $1,000 one time for a more customized visual treatment and page layout within an agreed scope. The website platform and ongoing hosting are included in Core.
Are there any separate costs?
Domain registration, app-store account fees, POS hardware, payment-processing charges, custom device integrations, extensive migration, copywriting, and custom engineering are separate. Discuss requirements during your demo.
Is lead management or CRM included at launch?
No. Lead capture, lead pipelines, and CRM functionality are deferred beyond the initial release. Launch focuses on the Core gym management workflows.
Can I bring my existing website content and data?
Basic website setup uses your supplied content. Extensive content or data migration should be scoped and quoted separately. Bring an outline of your current systems and content to your demo so the launch requirements can be discussed.
